An Anxiety Disorder have constant and overwhelming worrying and fear.

More than 25 million Americans are affected by this disorder.

How can someone tell if they have your mental illness?

It can come from anywhere, work, school, or home. You can tell if someone has this disorder if they are a usually loud out going person and are all of a sudden very quiet and closed off. They could also panic very often, have painful stomach aches from the stress, nightmares, sweating and shakiness. They can even develop worse disorders that are even more serious.

What treatments exist to treat your mental illness?

Some treatments include therapy, medications, time alone, time with family, or even a vacation from everything.

How can people get help for the treatment of your mental illness?

For this disorder a lot of people fear getting help for being judged by friends and family. Some might not even realize they have this disorder. But to get help you basically just have to talk to your family or your doctor or even make a call to see a therapist or someone who can help.
