Charlotte's Web by E.B. White

The story of an unusual friendship between a pig named Wilbur and a spider named Charlotte.

Charlotte's web is the story of the beautiful friendship between Wilbur the pig and Charlotte the spider. Charlotte and Wilbur live in the same barn, and even though they are very different, they become good friends. Unfortunately, the animals find out that the Zuckermans plan to kill Wilbur for Christmas dinner. Charlotte comes up with a plan to save Wilbur by weaving words into her web about him. The first things she writes is, "Some Pig." The Zuckermans think it is a miracle, and people come from all over to see the words Charlotte writes. Near the end of the book, Wilbur is taken to the fair because he is a prize winning pig. He want Charlotte to come, but she at first refuses. Wilbur talks her into going, and while they are there, Charlotte lays a sac of eggs. Wilbur notices there is something unusual about her and he is worried. To find out what happens, read the book.

I recommend this book for people who like animals and stories about friendship. The book taught me that you can be great friends with someone who is very different from you. I really loved the book!
