Texas A&m University & Lobbyist.
2nd Period Brisa Borunda

I have selected Texas A&M College Station, the founders for this college was the State Congress. They created the college under The Morrill Act, they had some majors changes since they were founded in 1862. Now its one of the largest University however much humbler.

I have chosen this school because its one of the few colleges that have majors in Political Science in Texas. I've had a interest in the government since I was a child. I've always wondered and asked questions about it and my mom as an educator has tried to explain to me in the simplest forms. In my early child hood I was a pretty good at convincing people to do it my way even if it was the wrong way.

As a young 15 year old feminist, I have a big dream that I will be able to change the perception of a female politician. I won't be striving to be a politician YET but I would try to advocate my views on it. I want to help the community and make a difference in the political world. If I do my duties as a lobbyist well enough and help my community in anyway THEN I would strive to become a politician to make more differences but in a greater number. In all, I just want to be a role model to little girls who are afraid to make a stand as a female.

The student life is amazing! They have recreational buildings and one of the biggest cafeterias in the country. It was named after a cook who worked there for 50 years! They have a rock wall and a swimming pool. In overall this is one of the most beautiful campus Ive ever seen.
