Ralph Ferrara - Litigator with Proskauer
Ralph Ferrara serves as a member of Proskauer's Washington, D.C. office. He focuses his practice on a wide range of issues within white-collar defense and securities litigation, including corporate internal investigations, United States Securities and Exchange Commission reporting and disclosure requirements, and government investigations and enforcement proceedings. In particular, Ralph Ferrara and his team work to bridge the gap between white-collar prosecution, SEC enforcement and shareholder derivative suits. Before joining Proskauer, Ferrara served as a managing partner of a prominent Washington, D.C. law firm and as General Counsel for the SEC.

Ralph Ferrara earned a J.D. from the University of Cincinnati and an LL.M. from the George Washington University Law School. A member of the state bar associations of New York, Florida, Colorado and the District of Columbia, he is also admitted to practice law in several U.S. Courts of Appeals and U.S. District Courts.
