- 1 lb chicken breasts, cut into cubes
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- Flour, salt, pepper & oil for frying
Cover chicken with flour, let stand 15 minutes. Combine milk and egg, add chicken to milk mixture and let stand 10 minutes. Return chicken to flour, then add to oil and cook until crispy.
- 2 cups water
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 4 Tbsp. corn starch
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
Mix cornstarch with 1/2 cup cold water. Boil 1/2 cups water and add bouillon cubes. Add soy sauce then slowly add cornstarch mixture. Cook on stove, stirring until sauce is smooth.
Serve over white rice. Top with cashews and green onions. Enjoy!
