1) If bread if running low, all you need to do is identify how much bread is left.
2) If you think their won't be enough bread, speak to your line manager.
3) If your line manager agrees, go through or write them a list, VOIP and text. And tell them when you want it, and what type of bread you require.
4) And if you need to tell a customer that they may need to wait (Estimate), be polite and offer them an alternative.
