Dermatologists specialize in preventing, diagnosing, and treating skin diseases and conditions
- They normally treat acne, dandruff, and skin cancer.
- Also perform procedures to improve the appearance of skin like; decreasing signs of aging or improving skin tones, botox and collagen injections
- They remove legions, warts, moles, or cancerous cells from skin
The care of dermatology patient may entail both tropical and systematic medical therapeutics and a variety of surgical and cosmetic procedures.
All doctors must major in Premed (math and science courses)
Have a 3.5-4 GPA
take the MCAT (Medical College Admission Test)
