Location

Location refers to where something is.

Example: Mount Rainer is located in west-central Washington.

Place

Place refers to the features that take make a site unique.

Example: Washington D.C is our nation's capital and has many great monuments.

Regions

Regions refers to areas that a common characteristics.

Example: The Mojave Desert is defined by its distinctive climate and plant life.

Movement

Movement refers to how and why people and things move.

Example: Airports in Dallas,Texas help people move around the world

Human-Environmental Interaction

Human-Environmental Interaction interact with people interacting with their environments in many ways.

Example: In Florida people use land to grow crops.
