About Rod Sacharnoski
Rod Sacharnoski founded Juko-Kai International in 1961. Juko-Kai maintains schools and representatives throughout the United States, Canada, and in several foreign countries. Rod Sacharnoski, Dai-Soke, 10th dan, directs all training and administrative criteria for the martial arts organization.
Mr. Sacharnoski received honorable discharges from the United State Army, the United States Marines, and the New Jersey National Guard. The author of two marital arts books about Combat Kai and Toide, he has earned several Asian rankings from Okinawa and Japan for traditional martial arts and has been featured on more than 20 major television networks as a class demonstrator.
In addition to serving as the President at Juko-Kai, Mr. Sacharnoski has worked his entire adult life in the police fields and still maintains an active police commission. Positions he has held in the field include Chief of Police, Director of Public Safety, Senior Deputy Sheriff, County Police Officer and Narcotics Investigator, Special Deputy United States Marshal, and Municipal Police Officer.
