Director Cronus Foundation
About Roseanne Rostron
Roseanne Rostron serves as a Director of the Cronus Foundation, a charitable organization that provides financial backing for educational programs for at-risk youth in Malaysia and other countries around the world. In addition to her work as Director, Roseanne Rostron is a Board member of Cronus Foundation and Trustee. As part of her responsibilities, she participates in various fundraising events. For example, she completed a Charity Summit Climb of Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania several years ago, and volunteered as an English teacher at the Msamaria Center for Street Children in Moshi, Tanzania. In 2014, Cronus Foundation organized a Charity Summit Climb of Mount Kinabalu in Sabah, Malaysia.
Through her work with Cronus Foundation, Roseanne Rostron networks with similar organizations to provide the best programs possible. She aims to create initiatives that build self-esteem and self-reliance to encourage financial independence in the future. Cronus Foundation receives the bulk of its funding from a commercial venture that grants a set percentage of its profits to the Foundation.
Recently, Ms. Rostron’s organization teamed with others to commission a documentary film about the transformative power of education. Cronus Foundation is currently looking for more sponsors for the project.
