Individual and group Sports performance training for athletes in HOCKEY, SOCCER, BASKETBALL, BASEBALL, LACROSSE, or any sports that envovls speed, power & agility. Wether your in season, off season, or in pre season this 6 week program designed to help every athlete achive there performance goals. Starting with pre testing and ending in post testing all athletes will have proven results in vertical jump, horizontal jump, 20 - 40 yard dash, agility and power out put. Sessions will last from 60-90min depending on the training protocol designed for there specific sport.
