Ethan Ellen Boat Accident

In Oct. 2, 2005, around 3pm an Ethan Allen boat capsized in New York, Lake George with forty-seven seniors in there. There are about twenty out forty-seven seniors died. Shoreline Cruises is the owner of the Ethen Ellen Boat. At that time the boat was at the speed of 8mph. While the operator turns the boat, there's a wave came by and after a few seconds the boat overturns and 15 min afterward the boat starts to sink. It's make the investigators wanted to give Richer Paris ( the captain)  an alcohol test but Warren Cleveland told the investigators that they do not have the right to, because Richer Paris has no sign of impairments during the interview.
