Ryan Vucina - Guiding Luxury Residential Building Projects

Ryan Vucina, the Chief Operations Manager of Vucina Construction, Inc., of Pacific Grove, California, oversees the company’s various building projects, whether they are large, ground-up developments or more modest interior fit-outs and renovations. The firm also has extensive experience with the preservation of historic buildings such as the "Green Mansion,” which initially served as the first headquarters of the Boy Scouts of America. In addition, Ryan Vucina and his team recently earned "Best Construction Site” recognition from the Santa Lucia Preserve Design Review Board.

Over the past several years, Mr. Vucina has directed the construction of a number of luxury custom homes, including hacienda-style residences in a private community. He also completed three oceanfront residences in a contemporary style. Mr. Vucina’s hands-on approach to construction includes detailed evaluation of architectural plans and an in-depth planning process that ensures that the project comes in under budget.

Ryan Vucina was an All-League Offensive Tackle at Pacific Grove High School and was recruited by three colleges. He has remained physically active all his life.
