Florida Teen Dead After Music Complaint
A friday night confrontation resulted in the death of Jordan Davis. Michael Dunn asked a group of teenagers to turn their music down. He felt threatened by their response, so he opened fire, wounding and killing Davis. Dunn claimed to have seen a gun barrel in the teenagers' car, but no weapons were later found. Dunn was denied bond.
Concepts that relate to this story are common defense because he used the gun in self-defense; power and authority because his gun gives him power but he had no authority.
