Sleep helps you think because then your brain is tired. It helps so then you aren't cranky and do bad on school assignments. It also makes it easier to get through the day. When you sleep your brain shuts down, causing it to restart and be ready for the day. In order to gain these achievements, you need 9.25 hours of sleep.

Some ways to help you sleep is to have a warm shower before bed. DO NOT go on your electronics right before you go to bed. DO NOT watch TV before going to bed. DO NOT have caffeine before bed. ABSOULUTLY DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE have any distractions in your room when you are going to sleep. It will only tempt you.
