Cup cakes

Plain cakes are the easy ones and are fun and fast to make

I have made      Chocolate and marshmallow       Plain.    Chocolate.   Cherry and coconut so I'm going to make them

PS: Remember to wash you hands before cooking

Plain cup cakes

Ingredients :

-  3 eggs

-200g  self raising flour or plain flour

-200g of sugar

- 100g of butter

- 1tsp of vanilla essence or vanilla bean paste (optional)  

- 1tsp of baking powder (if your using plain flour)

Equipment:   Whisk or fork , mixer or wooden spoon, metal spoon, bowl, sifter. cup cake cases and a cup cake case holder

Method:

First set the oven to 180*c  fan or when your putting your cup cakes in next crack eggs in bowl ands whisk . Sift your flour (if your using plain add the backing

Powder and then sift) next add your sugar then melt your butter or you can us it in room temperature and add the sugar , butter in the bowl with the eggs and flour

Last put in your vanilla essence or vanilla bean paste (optional)

And mix together put cup cake cases in cup cake base and heat if you didn't heat yet and place after about 20-30 mins it depends on you oven you can check by putting in a kebab or cocktail stick when ready let cool down and if you want icing scroll down to the bottom


Chocolate cup cakes

Ingredients:

- 3 eggs

-200g of self raising flour or plain flour (if your using plain remember to add the backing powder)

-200g of sugar

-100g of melted butter or in room temperature butter

- drinking chocolate or melted chocolate

- 1 tsp of backing powder (if your using plain flour)

Equipment: fork or whisk, mixer or wooden spoon,metal spoon,bowl,sifter,cup cake cases and a metal cup cake case holder

Method:into the bowl add the sugar,flour and you drinking chocolate (if your using melted chocolate add that later) next whisk your eggs and pour in the bowl add in your backing powder (if your using plain flour)pour in you melted butter or room temperature butter and if your using melted butter add it now then mix in till smooth if to thick add a drop of milk put in the cup cake cases then set you cup cakes to 180*c fan leave for about 20-30 mins and to check put in a wooden stick and if ready take out and leave to cool

PS: if your making the marshmallow just follow this recipe but add cut marshmallows

cherry and coconut (:

ingredients:

- eggs

- 200g of self raisin flour or plain

-200g of sugar

-100g of melted butter or in room temperature

-backing powder (if your using plain flour)

-glazed cherries as many as you like (:

-50g coconut shredds

Equipment: wooden spoon or mixer ,fork or whisk metal spoon, bowl, sifter, cup cake cases and metal cup cake case holder

Method:add in all the dry ingredients in the bowl then whisk the eggs and pour in the bowl add your butter and coconut shredds and then mix when your mixing add you cherries you can cut them if you like mix until smooth and then put the cup cake cases in the holder and add the mix put the oven on 180*c fan and leave for about 20-30 mins to check put in a wooden stick and then when ready take out then leave to cool   

Icing time

First I prefer if your using ready made then its definitely  betty and if your using your own then this is the recipe  

-100g good quality butter unsalted

-200g icing sugar

-a little milk
