Newton's first law of motion is that, an object in motion will stay in motion and/or if an object is at rest will stay at rest unless acted upon by an unbalanced force(s). In the picture it shows that the dirt bike has been stopped by an unbalanced force in this case the giant stack of tires, which then made the driver fly out of his seat.  

Newton's 2nd law of motion states that the force of and object is equal to its mass times its acceleration, in the picture the man's mass times his acceleration( or how hard he is pushing the car) is equal to the force on the car and will determine how far and fast the car he is pushing will move.

In Newton's 3rd law it explains that for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction, in the picture there are two people exerting force (pushing) on each other while they are on an unsteady surface which will make it easier for the reaction. How far the two people go is determined by how much force they produce and combine as a net force to see what the reaction is towards their actions.
