About Scott Cillay
For the past two decades, Scott Cillay has been in real estate sales in the Greater Washington, DC, area. Scott Cillay is currently with the Mayhood Company as the community sales manager at River Quarry in Bethesda, Maryland.
Scott Cillay got his start in the real estate industry in 1995 as a community sales representative with Ryan Homes. In his three years with that company, he completed NVR corporate training and a 3-month sales internship, before going on to become the top producer in the Maryland Region from more than 90 salespeople.
Following his time with Ryan Homes, Scott Cillay spent two years at Stanley Martin Companies, an upscale home builder where he was one of the top company producers in sales volume and gross revenue in 1998 and 1999, selling at The Willows of Potomac and King Farm in Montgomery County, Maryland.
Subsequently, Mr. Cillay was a licensed real estate salesperson and team leader with The Bryan Group in Vienna, Virginia. At the Bryan Group, he was consistently one of the top producing agents among 50, and was awarded Salesperson of the Year in 2002.
