Brock J October PE Project
I went to house of speed. We started off with stretches and warm ups. Then we used like five pound bouncy medicine balls and put them over are head and bounced them on a wall. Then we did ladders and did different stuff with them. After that we did jumping stuff where I jumped up on a box. After that we did Hiknees to a sprint like five times. It was fun.
I went to the disc golf course by akso Nobel. It was fun throwing the disc.
