Our goal is to be able to do 100 crunches in 1 minute.

I- Intensity
T-Time

You first need to make a plan or F.I.T. So our F.I.T. is to be able to do 100 crunches in 1 minute. You have to slowly work your way up to 100 so the first day do maybe 20 crunches and every 3 days slowly add more like 10 more every 3 days.
