My Key Interests Area- CER
- Conventional people like rules and regulations and emphasize self-control. They like structure and order, and dislike unstructured or unclear work and interpersonal situations. They place value on reputation, power, or status. They like to work with DATA.
- Enterprising people are good talkers, and use this skill to lead or persuade others. They also value reputation, power, money and status, and will usually go after it. They like to work with PEOPLE and DATA
- Realistic people are usually assertive and competitive, and are interested in activities requiring motor coordination, skill and strength. People with a realistic orientation usually prefer to work a problem through by doing something, rather than talking about it, or sitting and thinking about it. They like concrete approaches to problem solving, rather than abstract theory. They tend to be interested in scientific or mechanical rather than cultural and aesthetic areas. They like to work with THINGS.

My personality Traits Include: Introvert, Sensing, Thinking, and Judging
Introvert- like to be alone, enjoy one on one, communicate by writing, reserved and private, like to focus on one thing at a time, work with ideas learn by reflection and thinking, think do think, conservation of energies, enjoy a small circle of friends
Sensors- focus on what is real and actual, prefer facts and concrete, pay attention to details, observe and remember sequentially, are down to earth, learn step by step, focus on the present rely on past experience, prefer things as they are value practical applications
Thinkers-prefer to analyse the problem, are objective, are tough minded value justice, are reasonable and fair, use cause and effect reasoning, are good at critiquing, prefer to be direct, usually don't take things personally, can be seen as insensitive
Judgers-value structure, tend to work now / play later, like things settled and decided, prefer things to be organised, make lists and use them, value punctuality, prefer to have deadlines, like to complete projects, are goal oriented, value order, like to follow timetable

My Strongest Skills Areas
Managing Time- I have good time management skills which can be good for any job.
Reading- I am good at reading which can help me if I needed to do a lot of that in my career.
Understanding How People Learn- This is a good skill to have so I can help people learn and help them to learn things quickly.
Learning New Things- I like learning new things and I can do it quickly. This is a great skill to have and I can use it for almost any job.
Careers I would consider include- A therapist, a lawyer, a teacher.
My Most Important Values Are
Honesty and Integrity- This is good value because I am honest and can be trusted and I can work well with people who share these qualities.
Precision Work- This is a good value because I want to make sure things are perfect and I pay attention to small details.
Fun and Humor- I value fun and humor because it relaxes people and makes them more comfortable while they are working and if people are comfortable while they work they will want to do a good job.
Working Under Pressure- I value working under pressure because that is when I get my best work done and it means that I can get things done correctly in a short amount of time.
Recognition- I think this is a good value because if people are getting recognized for the work they are doing then it will make them want to work harder to keep receiving recognition.
Careers I would consider are- Pastry Chef, Para Legal, and a Social Worker.
What I Learned About Myself
I learned that I am good at managing time, paying attention to small details, and working under pressure.
