About Sidharth Handa
Sidharth "Tony" Handa has been involved in the medical field for several years, including during his service with the United States armed forces as a medical officer from 1999 to 2007. More recently, he returned to school in Grenada to pursue a doctor of medicine. Sidharth Handa currently studies at the St. George's University School of Medicine, where he is in his second year and awaiting hospital rotations to be assigned for the upcoming term. Before attending St. George's, Tony Handa went to Furman University as an undergraduate, receiving a degree in pre-medicine as well as business administration. Some of his medical research and practice interests include interventional radiology and emergency medicine.
Mr. Handa participates in a variety of charitable organizations during his spare time and also enjoys a few hobbies. He stays active in a Masonic lodge as well as Toastmasters, and is part of the Kappa Alpha Psi fraternity. In his free time, he enjoys reading, watching movies, and following sports. His preferred sport is football, and he likes watching the Washington Redskins in particular.
