In Krakow the Nazi party made a Ghetto and relocated the population to make room for some 17,000 Jews. The rest of the 65,000 Jewish population from Krakow was relocated to Poland.

This here is the entrance to a Jew Ghetto. You can tell because of the Star of David is painted on the gates. This star was most likely yellow because the Nazi Party enforced a law that made all Jews wear a Yellow star on their arms, the same as the one on the fence.

The Ghettos were run by the Jewish police. They were cram packed with a number of different Jew communities not even from the city the Ghetto is located in. The Nazi party didn't care for the Jews so they put as many as possible in a Ghetto and let them figure out everything for themselves.
