Redlands Real Estate Developer Stephen Reeder

Based in California, real estate executive Stephen Reeder possesses years of experience in property development in the Golden State and around the country. He bought his first property at age 14 and has since developed hundreds of projects throughout his career which represents thousands of residential lots, single-family homes, multifamily luxury apartments, affordable multifamily units, senior housing and hundreds of thousands of square feet of retail, commercial, office, medical, and industrial spaces. His projects include 3300 Acres Plantation near Hilton Head, South Carolina and multiple buildings in Las Vegas, including car washes and office buildings. Currently, Stephen Reeder serves as chief executive officer for the UCR Group in Redlands, California, a real estate development company that handles a variety of projects, from multi-family residences to commercial buildings. As CEO, he is overseeing the development of University Crossing.

Outside of work, Stephen Reeder enjoys many hobbies. An avid traveler, he has visited many parts of Europe and North America as well as Australia and the South Pacific. He especially enjoyed traveling to Cairo, Egypt and the first city of Memphis touring the pyramids along with the first Christian church. Mr. Reeder studied at Orange Coast College and Golden West College, and has taken legal courses at University of California-Irvine and Western State.

Mr. Reeder also has a background in the entertainment industry, movies. He wrote the lyrics for a song performed by Crosby, Stills, Nash, and Young, and produced and appeared in commercials, for Nu Skin, Sterling Health, including some for the well-known real estate corporation Kaufman and Broad.
