Steve Mench - Founder and Owner of Mench Real Estate Capital
Active in the field of real estate since 1988, Steve Mench has overseen property transactions totaling close to $750 million. He currently serves as principal of Mench Real Estate Capital in Gainesville, Florida, having established the company as a facilitator of capital between commercial real estate owners and investors. In his leadership role, Steve Mench seeks to provide each client with personalized service while forging long-term business partnerships. In the past, he has brought his skills to such companies as Northwestern Mutual and Casey Kramer Company.
In preparation for his career, the Mench Real Estate Capital founder and owner earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with coursework completed in real estate and finance from Florida Atlantic University. Subsequently pursuing studies at the University of Florida, Steve Mench procured a juris doctor, in pursuit of which he broadened his professional knowledge through classes covering land-use law, property law, estates and trusts, and other related areas. He followed this up by remaining at the University of Florida, where he secured a master’s degree in real estate focusing on the financing and development of commercial real estate properties.
