About Steven Kerbis
An engineer and business administrator, Steven Kerbis designed his first practical apparatus while an undergraduate at the State University of New York’s University at Buffalo (SUNY Buffalo). A prototype of an airline seat for handicapped passengers, his senior design project was ultimately patented with the support of the SUNY Research Foundation. Steven Kerbis graduated from SUNY Buffalo in 1994 as a member of the Sigma Gamma Tau National Aerospace Engineering Honor Society. Mr. Kerbis went on to serve as an industrial engineer with Viking Freight in Woburn, Massachusetts.
Steven Kerbis currently directs daily operations and spearheads strategic planning as the vice president of the Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, and Central Supply Departments of the international motor carrier provider New Penn Motor Express. From its corporate headquarters in Lebanon, Pennsylvania, New Penn supports a network of 24-hour trucking centers in the Northeastern United States, the Canadian province of Quebec, and the U.S. commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
