School work causes me stress because sometimes I wait until the last minute to finish things that I end up not understanding, and that causes me to be in trouble with my teacher and my mom.
Social events cause me stress because on the rare occasion that I am invited to go anywhere, it's usually by one of my best friends and they're expecting to go, I usually can't go because of time problems or my mom not wanting me to go. And, if I do go, I feel as if I'm being left out because 95% of the time I have no idea what anyone else is talking about.
My friends cause me stress sometimes because I feel like I need to be careful of what I say in front of them because some are easily offended, some will judge me, and others don't care about what I have to say.

I plan out everything that I'm going to do in my head and study if needed.
How I Manage Stress for Social Events
I tell people beforehand that I probably won't be able to make it, and if I do make it, I stick with my closest friend I can find and join in on others' conversations if they don't mind.
How I Manage Stress for Friends
I assess beforehand what each friend's interests are and things that they don't normally want to talk about, then I create a topic based on that.
