What is stress?

A state of mental or emotional strain or tension resulting from adverse or very demanding circumstances.

What are some sources of stress?

School. You can make a schedule for schoolwork so you can make it easier to have your own time.

Bullying. It takes time but ignoring is the best way to handle it.

Work. Since I’m can’t get a job yet doesn’t mean children don’t have work, they have schoolwork and literal homework….. chores and can confused you with homework and make you stressed and make you think that your homework is more important, it isn’t, they are both important and the best way to handle this is to create a schedule to get all of you’re homework done and finish your chores and make time for you.
