Aribaaaaa!!! No sugar for you!!!!7

Excessive amounts of added sugar affects our bodies in various detrimental ways. Frank Hu, a professor of nutrition at the Harvard School of Public Health says that too much added sugar can lead to the development of high blood pressure, increased triglycerides, low HDL, and fatty liver problems. Major sources of added sugar in American diets are: sugar-sweetened beverages, desserts, fruit drinks, and candy. To cut down on the risk of any of those problems, try to consume a smaller amount of these items. #deathbydonut
