Theme: you may always be forgiven but what you did or said will never be forgotten.
Himura Kenshin is a very kind hearted guy, always there when you need him. He can be very protective when someones life is in danger. He regrets most of the things he did in his past. even though he is forgiven by the ones he hurts, he never forgets the pain he caused to people. this shows the theme of the manga you may be forgiven but never forgotten.
Kamiya Kaoru is the loving/caring type always doing her best to impress Kenshin.
Sagara Sanosuke is a wise man but also is sometimes stubborn. once his mind is made up he wont change his decision.
