Today’s world, people do not have enough time to get enough quality sleep, lower stress, and eat well realistic ways to boost energy levels. In my case, I have a lot of things to do and one day is just 24 hours, so sometimes, I have to go to sleep at 2 or 3 am to do homework or households. That is not for only sleeping time. It is hard to find time for leisure, so lowering stress is difficult. But I always am trying to eat proper meals for health. Actually, people have to be more careful about health. If we want to do some activities, we need energy to do. Sometimes, I can feel low energetic, so I drink coffee because coffee is my favorite food to get energy. But, drinking coffee too much at one time, it is bad for keeping healthy. Coffee is easy to addict because of including caffeine.
