Elemental Exercises!

By the use of movement, breath, sound, and meditation, you can work to achieve a sense of well-being of mind, body, and spirit. Elemental exercises works with the 5 basic elements of life, Ether, Air, Fire, Water and Earth.

Benefits of Elemental exercises: Spinal Flexibility, Joint balance, Muscle Strength, Release stress and tension, Balances the Chakras, helps connect you to the heavens (ether) and the earth!

Please bring a yoga mat or sheet for floor postures.
