What It Does
The Tenth Amendment shares power between the Federal and Stat e Governments. The Federal Government only gets the power that is granted from The Constitution. The States or the people get the rest of the power.

The Tenth Amendment was ratified on December 15th, 1791, along with the rest of the bill of rights.
What Happened After
When the Tenth Amendment was passed it gave the Americans a piece of mind or in other words they felt secure and comforted. They would be happy if no one could ever rule over them as the British had done.people also were more confident in their new government now that one person could not rule them by themselves.
