Promotion: Is the process of communicating with potential customers.

PR- Public relations: Is the professional maintenance of a favorable public image by a company or other organization .

  • Direct Marketing- B2B, B2C
  • Social media- Facebook, twitter
  • Press release/Media attention

Publicity officer: Is a person who is employed to get publicity for an organization, or to provide information about it

PR is more effective than advertising because advertising is exclusively focused on promotion of products or services with an aim to encourage target audience to buy. Whereas PR is specialized in communication with the public and media which increases customer loyalty and gains a wider range of customers from media attention as more people are aware of the business.

What is a Brand: Is the "name, term, design, symbol, or any other feature that identifies one seller's product distinct from those of other sellers. For example, Starbucks ,Samsung.
