The Main Goal

One of the seven qualities of a good leader

One of the seven qualities of a good leader is that, a good leader as well as keeping  the main goal focus is able to think logically.  Not only dose a good leader view the whole situation, but is able to break it down.  This way the leader can closer inspect the situation.  Also the goal is in view but not only that, but can break it down into manageable steps and make progress towards it.

The challenge of  Leadership is to... Be strong, but not rude; Be kind, but not weak; Be bold, but not bully; Be thoughtful, but not timid; Be proud, but not arrogant; Have humor, but without folly.

Jim Rohn.

A good leader can engage in a debate frankly and thoroughly, knowing that at the end he and the other side must be closer, and thus emerge stronger.  You don't have that idea when you are argent, superficial, and uninformed.

Nelson Mandela.

Leaders don't force people to follow- They invite them on a journey.

Charles S. Lauer

A good Leader Is NOT!!

A good leader is not argent.  A good leader is also not really bossy.  Although they might be considered your boss, that does not always mean they have to be bossy.  Another thing that doesn't make a good leader is being lazy.  If you are just telling everyone to do the things for you, and are not contributing and taking all the credit, you are being a BAD leader.

Here is an example...
