The Narrative Of Frederick Douglass - The Big Question
The topics I chose were 'Ignorance as a tool of slavery' and 'Education gives you power'
I chose this topic because it can help me imagine how my life would be without the education I have. It also helps me appreciate the value of my education.
My guiding question is, what kind of education do slave owners deprive from slaves? Reading, math, ect? Or simple life skills? How did this affect the slave's way of living day by day?
