Lets Eat Dinner on Breakfast Time!!
We should eat dinner for breakfast because that will help student early morning and it will help our health even though you might not notice it. Most of the time foods on the dinner table is much more better than the breakfast table, but dinner time is very close to sleeping time. This not going to help you digest the food because when you sleep most of the organs can not do what they are suppose to do and you don't burn the calories you ate so it turns to fat.
We all know that if you are fat you really don't have good health. Fatness can lead you to illness if it gets serious. Now lets look on the other side. If you a lot of food and specially "Dinner Table Foods" that are tasty and usually have more calories than breakfast foods this will give you more energy for the day and you will most likely be able to burn the calories or fat.
