A featured website, online tool, or eBook every week
Why I like this search engine:
1. They have students' best interests in mind. Ultimately, Google is for profit...while Sweet Search makes meeting students' educational needs a priority.
2. Credible results....though students should always question the authority and purpose of websites, Sweet Search more often than not yields websites of credibility.....think of websites that end in .edu or .gov vs. those that end in .com (for profit)
3. Sweet Search also has search engines tailored to specific subjects: Sweet Search Biographies, Sweet Search Social Studies, SweetSearch2Today, etc....
4. According to their website, "Every Web site in SweetSearch has been evaluated by our research experts."
