About Tera Marsh
Tera Marsh displays the marketing and public relations savvy to create memorable campaigns in all media. A sales and marketing professional with more than 17 years of experience in the media and hospitality industries, as well as in Internet marketing, she has orchestrated promotional campaigns for such key clients as Budweiser, Nissan, Macy’s, and Home Depot. Currently a multimedia marketing consultant, Tera Marsh delivers a broad range of message and media strategies to drive sales, promote brand awareness, and generate website traffic.
While she was still an undergraduate at Arizona State University, Tera Marsh worked directly with Stone Phillips and Jane Pauley as a production intern for Dateline NBC. She earned her bachelor’s degree in communication in 1995. After graduation, she joined KNIX Radio, a top country music station in Phoenix, as a research coordinator. Marsh quickly moved into marketing for KNXV-TV, also in Phoenix, where she developed station events and a range of customized promotions and services, and then directed their implementation.
In 1999, Tera Marsh accepted a position as an account executive at 93.3 KDKB, the Phoenix market’s top rock station and a key property of Sandusky Radio. She worked closely with clients to create memorable ad campaigns and employed a broad range of strategies to attract new clients to Sandusky. In 2003, she joined MIX 96.9, also as an account executive.
Tera Marsh changed industries in 2006, bringing her talents to the hospitality sector as a sales manager for Wingate Inn & Suites, a Phoenix property of the national Wyndham Hotels chain. She returned to radio in 2008, spending two years with KSWG 96.3 Real Country in the Phoenix market before setting out on her consulting career.
