Fridays at The Slovenian National Home in Slavic Village

Back in 1917, Slovenian immigrants flocking to our Slavic Village neighborhood needed a place to meet, socialize and (presumably) polka. So, they built the Slovenian National Home. "The Nash" is an old-world social club equipped with a dance hall, stage and, of course, 12 bowling lanes in the basement.

Stop by The Nash throughout Lent for Fish Fry Fridays and Open Bowling. Reservations are encouraged for dinner, but bowling is first-come/first-served. There are only 12 lanes — so get there early and stay late.
