This is how one person can change the world
One person can change the world within a few different steps to follow. To be able to change how life is you have to be courageous. You have to be able to stand up yourself and say something. You have to be passionate. You have to know what you want and do all that you can to make that happen. You also have to have leadership and teach others what you think should happen and how to do it.That is the steps you need to follow to make a change.
In history there was this one woman who was courageous, passionate and had leadership.Rosa Parks is still well known even to this day. Some say all she did was sit down and be lazy. In my opinion I think she knew what she was doing. That one little step was called having courage.
Rosa Louise McCauley was born on February,4,1913 in Tuskegee,Alabama. She attended Alabama State Teachers College. In 1932 she married,Raymond Parks,a barber,Rosa worked as a seamstress. Later Parks became active in the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People or NAACP. Rosa was very passionate about her work, race, and her liberty.
After the boycott Rosa moved to Detroit,Michigan. In 1957 she worked in the office of Michigan. Congressman John Conyers in 1965 until she retired in 1988. Rosa and christian Leadership Council established the Rosa Parks Freedom Award in her honor and in 1979 the NAACP awarded her its medal. In 1987 she co founded an institute to help educate young people and teach them leadership skills. That sounds like leadership to me.
As you can see Rosa has met all the standards for changing the world. She had some help from others. Rosa courage, passion, and leadership. If it wasn't for Rosa and other American heroes life would be nothing compared to what it is now . I told you one person can change the world. Look around you to see what I mean!
