For the healthy eating challenge, you must eat healthy foods for 15 days. You can eat or drink healthy foods. You must record all your food choices daily in a log book. After 15 days, you need to show your daily log book to Sarina & Mme. Codreanu. The person who eats the most healthy food wins "20" Dojo points and the person who eats the most junk food loses "10" Dojo points. INSTRUCTIONS: On a piece of paper, each day you will write: BREAKFAST, LUNCH & DINNER and record all the foods you eat. After 15 days, hand in your daily log sheet and we will select the winner!
