Caleb Johnson October P.E. Project
I went to a class at the YMCA and took the Weight Lifting class in order for me to be able to lift the weights. The class was about an hour or so and I went around with an instructor and he taught me and 2 other boys how to use all the equipment and machines so we don't injure our selfs while working out. It was actually a very interesting class because I learned about some machines that I've never even seen before. The class was also kind of fun in a way that you get to sample every single machine and see how it would help you. It was also good because you need take the class in order to lift with the machines so it was killing two birds with one stone pretty much.
