Organisation Chart: An organisational chart is a diagram that shows the structure of an organization and the relationships and relative ranks of its parts and positions/jobs. The term is also used for similar diagrams, for example ones showing the different elements of a field of knowledge or a group of languages.
Span of Control.
Span of Control: is when how many people you have to control e.g. Mr. Kings span of control is three.
Chain of Command.
Chain of Command: is how you get a message from a top tear to the bottom tear, vice versa e.g. if Mr. Fordham wanted to tell Mr. fletcher something the message would go through Mr. king, Mrs. Young then Mr. Kane and then Mr. Kane would tell Mr. Fletcher the message.
Delegation: Delegation is the assignment of responsibility or authority to another person (normally from a manager to a subordinate, a manager basically controls a subordinate) to carry out specific activities.
De-layering: the process in which a company or organization reduces thenumber of its managers.
Centralisation: In neuroscience, centralisation refers to the evolutionary trend of the nervous system to be partitioned into a central nervous system and peripheral nervous system.
Decentralisation: is the opposite of "Centralisation".
