7.MEH.2.2 Stress management

My First stress.
My first stress would be sports with not being able to go to practice and then game day being confused on what to do.
Way to manage it.
I manage this by asking the coach what have I missed and she helps me out with everything I need.
My grades would be another stress because I want to do my best and when I make a bad grade it doesn't make me feel well.
Way to manage it
The way I manage this stress is by studying and asking a lot of questions in class.
My third stress
My third stress would be rushing out the door in the morning and forgetting my homework or something.
way to manage it
The way I manage this stress is by waking up on time and getting packed up at night so I can get out the door in time.
