Most Teenagers have a pretty busy schedule. Most teenagers have a pretty stressful schedule. Whether it's at home, at school, with friends, or all of those combined, most teens experience stress.

With all of these things combined, it can cause big issues for teens

Stress can lead teens to give into peer pressure, start drugs, bully, become depressed, and many other negative things. Stress is one of the biggest issues 8th graders and many teenagers are facing.
