2013 WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP

Wish me luck, I will be heading to Fort Bragg to compete in the 2013 World Championship Abalone Cook-Off as both a diver and a cook. I am still in the process of narrowing down the cooking concepts from Abalone Flambé, Abalone Cakes, or traditional pan seared Abalone. This is an annual fund raiser event for MAPA (Mendocino Area Parks Association) and I am glad to be actively participating in their fund raiser.
