How To Set Up "High-Low" On Offense

This offense is called the "High-Low" because of the post alignment. The whole point is to set up an overload condition, then reverse the ball to make the defense move, then reverse again to force more defensive decisions. Learning this step-by-step is very easy when you try it at least 4-5 times, but then again, all you have to do is move to your place depending on what number you are or position you play. I'm really not sure if this is the same kind of "High-Low" we did in basketball this year, but I think it's something close to this it's just done in a different way.
