The Nile river
The Nile river did a big part in ancient Egypt beacouse in the dessert there is not a lot of water and the Nile was one of there only water source.Also, the Nile is the only River that flows south to north.
The Zagros mountains form the largest mountain range in Iran and Iraq. This mountain range has a total length of 1,500 km (932 mi).e Zagros mountain range begins in northwestern Iran and roughly corresponds to Iran's western border, and it spans the whole length of the western and southwestern Iranian plateau, ending at the Strait of Hormuz.The highest point in the Zagros Mountains is Dena. TheHazaran massif in the Kerman province of Iran forms an eastern outlier of the range, the Jebal Barez reaching into Sistan.
The native inhabitants of the area are the Nubians. The Nile River goes through most of its cataracts while traveling through the Nubian Desert. This is right before the Great Bend of the Nile. The Nubian Desert affected the civilization in ancient Egypt in many ways.The Nubian Desert is in the eastern region of the Sahara Desert, spanning approximately 400,000 km² of northeastern Sudan between the Nile and the Red Sea.

Lebanon is located on the eastern side of the Mediterranean Sea, in the Middle East, which happens to be in Asia.
For the people of the Mediterranean, Lebanon is in the area where the sun rises. It was decided that this eastern section of the Sea will be called the Levant. So, everyone can call the Lebanese Levantines just like the Greeks and the Egyptians.
Lebanon is a very small country, perched on 2 mountainous ranges called the Lebanon and the anti-Lebanon, with a valley in the middle named the Beka'a. It is bordered by Syria in the North and East, by Israel in the South, and the Mediterranean Sea in the West. Unlike the rest of the Middle East, Lebanon is a very "green" country, with lot's of flowers and trees and small rivers. There is no desert in Lebanon, just lot's of rocky mountains.
