The Moon's Importance
The Moon's Role
The Moon's importance expands far beyond just being a large object reflecting the sun's light. The moon causes many daily occurrences and the world would definitely be a different place without it. Among the things that the moon brings us is: light, tides, eclipses, and the knowledge of space we have learned from phases.
One of the aspects of the moon is it's phases. These phases affect the Earth by giving it varying amounts of light. We also get the length of our moth from the time that the moon takes to orbit the Earth.
